I have always loved our honey granola, but lately we have been on a
MAJOR almond butter kick. I decided to switch it up and make it with
almond butter, and I added in some coconut chips and chopped almond. The
good news is, it turned out great! The bad news is, I can’t stop eating
it! It tastes great in a yogurt bowl (pictured below), paired with
almond milk, or just eaten plain with a spoon!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup coconut chips
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
