Parmesan Garlic Roasted Potatoes Recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs (750g) baby red potatoes (1.5-2 inch diameter; approx 20-22 potatoes), with skin on
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 5 clove garlic, pressed or minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (or olive oil)
