A childhood favorite mac and cheese kicked up with bacon and a variety
of cheeses. There will be no picky eaters with this side dish! And for
sure no leftovers!
Bacon Mac and Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
- 14 strips of bacon, divided
- 8 ounces of elbow macaroni
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
